SoA Accessibility Project

The Seekers of Adoulin expansion isn’t implemented as part of the private servers; however, Nocturnal Souls has grand plans for these zones around custom content, quests, and storyline. With that, making these zones fully accessible is key.

In June 2018, we finalized updating all Adoulin zones to be fully excessible, including opening up blocked passages and using the other storyline “blockers”, such as climbable walls and watercraft.

Once in Adoulin, waypoints will now teleport you to specific wilderness zones and/or stations based on an elemental crystal traded to it. All teleports are unlocked for all players; simply trade the requisite crystal to the waypoint.

Waypoint Teleports

The proto-waypoints in Adoulin zones in retail allow you to trade crystals for a currency and teleport at whim between them in the zones. For now, these teleports simply transport you based on a single TYPE of crystal traded between the Frontier Stations.

There isn’t a direct teleport to Ceizak Battlegrounds or Yahse Hunting Grounds as they’re right outside Adoulin’s gates.

To teleport to and from Adoulin, there is a waypoint teleport in Ru’Lude Gardens and/or the !tele adoulin custom command. These are available to all players.

Status of Adoulin Zones

Western Adoulin

  • Accessible via Ru’Lude Gardens’ waypoint teleport or the !tele adoulin command.

Eastern Adoulin

  • Accessible via zone lines.

Rala Waterways

  • All zonelines into Rala Waterways now exist from Adoulin.
  • All sluice gates are functional allowing access throughout the zone.
    • The gates used for cutscenes and battles are not functional.

Ceizak Battlegrounds

  • Knotted Roots are all clearable.

Yahse Hunting Grounds

  • Knotted Roots are all clearable.

Foret de Hennetiel

  • Watercraft upstream and downstream fully functional.
  • Broadleaf Palms (both directions) clearable and fully functional.

Morimar Basalt Fields

  • Bedrock Crags are all clearable.
  • Scalable areas are fully functional.
  • Watercraft cast off points are fully functional.

Marjami Ravine

  • Scalable areas are fully functional.
  • Monolithic Boulders are all clearable.

Yorcia Weald

  • Gnarled Ramparts are all clearable.
  • Timing on hourly ‘hedges’ may not be exact, but should work properly.

Kamihr Drifts

  • Icy Palisades are all clearable.
  • Blockaded Path to and from Leafallia works to move between zones (and zoneline now exists).

Leafallia

  • Can zone in and around the zone; nothing really here… yet.

Cirdas Caverns

  • Scalable areas are fully functional.
  • Watercraft between Cirdas and Yorcia Weald is fully functional.
  • Knotted Roots are all clearable.

Outer Ra’Kaznar

  • All barriers, entwined roots, and elevators are working.
  • Mirror is not required to take the elevator to Inner Court.

Ra’Kaznar Inner Court

  • All pad and wall teleporters are fully functional.
  • Heliotrope Barriers are all clearable.
  • Vertical Transport to Ra’Kaznar Turris is functional.

Ra’Kaznar Turris

  • Zone is open and available for certain battlefields and quests (custom content).
  • You’ll need to !tele or !home once you’re here to get out for now.

Moh Gates

  • Knotted roots are all clearable.
  • Scalable areas are fully functional.

Sih Gates

  • Knotted roots are all clearable.
  • Scalable areas are fully functional.
  • Watercraft areas are fully functional.

Dho Gates

  • Knotted roots are all clearable.
  • Scalable areas are fully functional.

Woh Gates

  • Knotted roots are all clearable.
